What does PERFORMANCE WARRANTY means?
Productivity is the key indicator that informs about how many kWh (Kilowatt-hours) of electricity a solar photovoltaic plant should produce in 1 year.
A performance guarantee means that we guarantees that the solar plant we install will produce as much electricity as advertised.
At the end of the calculation year, if the plant does not provide the declared productivity, then the guarantee begins to operate and the company compensates the owner of the plant with the sum equivalent to the unproduced kWh (at the approved electricity tariff as of the calculation date) and powers up the plant at its own expense to ensure the declared productivity.
Unlike all other types of guarantees, at the end of the first year you will experience the actual application of the performance guarantee.
